DELIVERY

Orders over £35 qualify for free delivery

Delivery on orders under £35 will have a delivery charge of £4.50 for standard delivery (sent with Royal Mail tracked 48).  

You will receive tracking information when your parcel leaves us, but if you have any queries please email us dockyardjamfactory@gmail.com and we will do our very best to help.

TURNAROUND FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY

Please allow 3 - 5 days from time of order for processing and a further 5 days for delivery.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you wish to cancel an order after it is placed, we can do this and refund your order, but only if this hasn’t been processed.

NON UK MAINLAND POSTAGE:

Please contact us regarding postage quotes for The Highlands & Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly and non UK postal addresses.
